Hello Lash Queen!
My name is Tiarne and I am the Creator and Host of The Lash Summit Australia and Mrs. Lash Coaching. I have been in the beauty industry for almost a decade all while building up not only my community in the industry but at home too. I am the very proud Mother to 3 boys who inspire my creative side every day.
I was 19 when I began in the industry and one year later had my first son. I have been on stage majority of my life throughout dancing, singing and hosting dance events. I knew from a very young age the stage was my comfort zone as performing dance routines after school with my cousin for our parents wasn't cutting it anymore.
As I grew in the industry I found myself constantly looking for new friends whether that was clients or other beauty entrepreneurs and found some of my best friends through these channels.
It dawned on me as I was sitting in a conference a few years ago that I could create this too. The friends I had made, getting dressed up and learning about how to create the perfect lash set, increase my reach to create impact and build up my community of support and friendship.
I could combine the love for my stage and the industry into one. This conference is me wearing my heart on my sleeve and giving you all the advice, insight and power to go create and wear your heart on your sleeve too - with the most amount of supporters cheering you on.
